Key duties for the Motorcycle Technician include:
- Servicing and repairing motorcycles and cars to a high standard
- Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness
- Assisting with vehicle handovers and customer explanations
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members as needed
Candidate to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician, ideally with a background in car repairs as well
- Valid motorcycle and car driving licences
- Willingness to learn and undertake additional training if necessary
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MOT licence is a significant advantage but not essential
