  • £28,000 basic salary | OTE £40,000
  • 45 hours per week | Monday–Saturday (rostered day off)
Kick-start your career in motorcycle sales with a well-established and highly regarded motorcycle dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a trainee opportunity, perfect for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn — no previous sales experience required.

The Role:
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll learn how to guide customers through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to handover. You’ll be supported with structured training, mentoring, and real hands-
on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You’ll also benefit from access to a company motorcycle, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the brand and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive:
  • Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding showroom experience
  • Learning how to sell new and used motorcycles and associated products
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Supporting the sales team with enquiries, test rides, and vehicle handovers
  • Building strong product knowledge through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For in a Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive:
  • No sales experience required — full training provided
  • A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Interest in motorcycles or the motorcycling lifestyle (beneficial but not essential)
  • Motorcycle licence not required
