As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle servicing and repairs. Your role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless communication between the customer and the workshop team. Benefits of this Service Advisor position include:
- Competitive basic salary starting at £27,000 with increases after brand training/
- Achievable bonus of approximately £4,500 per annum based on performance

- Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Rotational Saturday morning shifts from 8:30am to 12:30pm, paid as overtime
- Welcoming customers and assessing their service needs
- Writing and updating job cards accurately
- Providing quotations and liaising with customers regarding costs and timings
- Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the vehicle service process
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Good organisational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes
- A proactive approach to building customer relationships
