Vehicle Technician Required in Oswestry
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Excellent bonus structure – strong earners across the workshop
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established main dealer in Oswestry is looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join their busy and well-equipped workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician looking to increase earnings through a strong bonus scheme while working within a professional, supportive dealer environment.

You’ll be carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards, with access to ongoing training and clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
  • Complete job cards and workshop documentation correctly
  • Identify additional work and report findings to the Service Team
  • Ensure all work is completed with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Work effectively as part of a busy workshop team
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
  • Confident in diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence
