Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Needed in Stockport
  • Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
  • Working Hours: Full-time, permanent
  • Salary: Competitive basic salary with additional efficiency and quality bonuses of up to £40,000 OTE, plus MOT uplift

Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Carrying out MOT testing (where qualified) and basic diagnostics
  • Completing video vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and first-time fix
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
  • NVQ / IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 (minimum) in Motor Vehicle Technology
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic
  • MOT licence preferred (additional monthly salary uplift provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
