Are you an experienced Parts / Service Advisor looking to advance your career within a leading automotive dealership? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Parts / Service Advisor to join their team in Hayes. Key duties of the Parts / Service Advisor include:
 

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Managing workshop bookings and service scheduling
  • Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Upselling service and parts options where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records

andidate requirements for the Parts / Service Advisor position:
 

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and service processes
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence
