- Communicating effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and work required
- Upholding health and safety standards within the workshop
- Valid NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
