Automotive Parts Advisor Required in Castleford
  • Pay:  Up to £32,000 Basic Salary
  • £35,000 OTE
  • Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday with one in two Saturdays
  • Work in a busy parts environment with plenty of calls and sales work alongside regular parts duties

As a bustling hub for automotive enthusiasts and experienced professionals, our client is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor with our client:
  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts.
  • Provide expert advice on products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Doing mostly B2B trade sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements for this Parts Advisor Role:
  • Proven experience in automotive parts advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
