Vehicle Technician - Independent Dealership Derby
  • Basic salary: Circa £40,000 DOE
  • Monday- Friday: 08:30-17:30
  • Overtime available

Our client is looking for an full-time service technician looking to join a new, spacious busy workshop at one of Derby's popular independent dealerships. If you have previous experience in a workshop or fast-fit , this may be the role for you.

The company is well known for their popularity in the used car industry, they pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and providing clear career pathways for their staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general servicing of vehicles
  • Complete MOT's if qualified
  • Undertake road and ramp testing
  • Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to its original condition
  • Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • MOT licence Preffered
  • Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment
  • Full valid drivers license
  • Must have own tools
