- Coordinating vehicle transportation and logistics
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and delivering excellent customer service
- Proven experience in sales administration within the motor trade sector
- Knowledge of AFRL, RAV, Kerridge systems is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous and conscientious approach
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the sales team
