Key Responsibilities of Paint Sprayer / Technician:
  • Carry out all paint spraying work to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming
  • Mix and match paint colours accurately using appropriate techniques
  • Apply paint coatings using spray guns and ensure even, professional finishes
  • Inspect and rectify any paint defects to achieve excellent end results
  • Work closely with the bodyshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Adhere to all health and safety and environmental regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Refinishing
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and communication skills
