This Vehicle Technician position offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and versatile motor trade professional seeking a rewarding career in a state-of-the-art facility. Our client is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Technician who can deliver high-quality repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance across all makes and models.

Key duties of the Vehicle Technician include:
  • Conduct diagnostics and electronic repairs on various vehicle systems
  • Perform mechanical repairs including clutch and gearbox replacements
  • Manage repair and service procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues using all types of diagnostic equipment
  • Keep detailed reports and complete all necessary documentation
  • Support and collaborate with team members to meet workshop targets
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Previous experience as a vehicle technician or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills with experience across all vehicle makes and models
  • Ability to perform comprehensive mechanical repairs including electronics
  • MOT Tester certification is an advantage but not essential
  • Honest, reliable approach with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills and a professional manner
  • Own diagnostic tools are preferred
  • Willingness to work within a busy workshop environment
