Our client represents a well-respected brand, with great product, a strong market share and a plentiful stock featuring a wide range of vehicles.
They have been operating in the automotive trade for over 30 years within multiple sites and gaining a large following of loyal customers during that time. Due to increased demand, they are looking to recruit a Service Advisor for their fantastic team.
Our client is happy to seek applications from jobseekers looking to move into the automotive trade, ideally with a background with customer service and other front of house, customer facing positions.

- Attending to customers when dropping off and collecting their vehicles for service/repair.
- Taking accurate notes of the customer's requests and communicating them to the workshop team.
- Keeping customers updated during the day with the progress of their vehicle.
- Costing and gaining permission for any additional work found.
- Preparing and presenting the customer invoice and associated paperwork.
- Giving a full explanation to the customer of the work undertaken.
- Presenting service products such as service plans, extended warranties etc.
- IT literate
- Customer focused.
- Ability to upsell.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Confident communication skills
- Experience of Pinnacle or a similar DMS would be beneficial.
- Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
