Are you a dynamic, target-driven individual with a passion for historic automotive brands and customer excellence? We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our thriving main dealership in Poole. This is a rare opportunity to become a key figure in a high-performing sales team, representing one of the most desirable names in the motor industry.

As our Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by managing vehicle finance and insurance sales, supporting the Sales Team in closing deals, and ensuring FCA compliance throughout. You’ll be responsible for maximising profitability while delivering a premium customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Support the Sales Executives in structuring deals and securing vehicle finance approvals
  • Present and sell finance, insurance, and warranty products in line with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive consistent improvement in sales conversions
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
  • Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining the highest standards of customer care
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and achieve departmental targets
  • Proven track record in a Business Manager, Sales Controller, or Finance position within the motor trade. 
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and FCA compliance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
