- Oversee daily bodyshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Manage, motivate and develop the bodyshop team to meet and exceed quality standards.
- Ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct quality control audits to ensure customer satisfaction and repair excellence

- Ensure all tools, machinery and workshop facilities are maintained to high standards.

- Proven management experience within a bodyshop or vehicle repair environment
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle body repairs, paint processes and industry standards.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and PPE protocols.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or ATA accreditation in Vehicle Body Repair desirable but not essential
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer focus and relationship management skills
