Commercial MET Technician Vacancy in Nottinghamshire
  • Basic: Circa £50,000 with OTE up to £55,000
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Overtime available at enhanced rate
We are looking for an experienced Commercial MET Technician to join a busy and professional bodyshop environment in Nottinghamshire. This role involves working on a wide range of light and heavy commercial vehicles, carrying out strip and refit work to the highest standards while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing as a Commercial MET Technician:
  • Carrying out strip and refit on LCV and HGV vehicles following accident damage
  • Completing repairs, servicing, and inspections as required
  • Diagnosing additional faults and ensuring all work is completed safely and accurately
  • Recording job times, materials, and costs accurately
  • Ensuring all work meets industry standards
  • Using the correct tools, parts, and materials for each job
What we’re looking for in a Commercial MET Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial MET Technician
  • ATA, NVQ, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle repair techniques
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship
