Duties of the Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally both in person and over the phone
  • Clearly explain repair procedures, parts, and available services.

  • Handle administrative tasks including invoicing and insurer correspondence
  • Liaise with workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures
  • Process customer payments and invoices accurately
