Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
- Identify and supply correct parts for classic vehicles
- Provide expert advice to customers over the phone, via email, and in person
- Process parts orders and handle retail enquiries
- Support workshop teams with parts identification and sourcing
- Maintain accurate records of stock and orders
- Deliver high levels of customer service in line with the company’s heritage standards
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor / Technician with a strong mechanical background
- Solid understanding of vehicle components and systems
- Confident identifying parts from diagrams, catalogues, and technical information
- Friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly depending on seasonal demand
