Duties for the Bodyshop Advisor include:
- Administer incoming insurance claims efficiently
- Book customers in for estimates and vehicle repairs
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience, handling enquiries promptly
- Maintain detailed claim logs using bodyshop management systems
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians regarding repair progress
- Manage vehicle movements in and out of the workshop
- Respond to customer emails professionally in a timely manner
- Take card payments for sales invoices
- Proactively support colleagues and contribute to team success
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
Candidate requirements for the Bodyshop Advisor role:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or similar role within a bodyshop environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high workload
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Good spoken and written English
