- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent sustainable satisfaction levels throughout the sales process
- Present and explain finance options confidently, ensuring clarity and compliance with the FCA.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to optimise sales opportunities
- Use systems to manage leads, follow up on enquiries, and maintain accurate customer records
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring all documentation, finance applications, and add-on products are completed accurately
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and finance offerings to maximise sales opportunities
- Assist with filming personalised walk-around videos and contribute ideas for social media content
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales environment, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Good computer literacy and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a personable and courteous manner
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience creating video content for online inquiries
- Ability to contribute ideas to social media marketing
