- Proven experience in automotive administration, ideally within a franchised dealership or service environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive management systems such as Keyloop (Kerridge)
- Attention to detail and capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
