Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic + Bonus
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm + Saturdays on rota 
Location: Eltham, South East London

Looking for a experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established family-run independent car garage in Eltham, London. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for their quality workmanship and high customer satisfaction.

Duties as a Service Advisor include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and courtesy

  • Creating a positive first and last impression of the service department
  • Maintaining customer records and providing advice on vehicle work required
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • IT literacy and confidence in using dealership management systems
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
