- Leading, motivating and developing the workshop team

- Controlling parts, paint and material usage to optimise costs

- Liaising with insurance companies, engineers and external partners
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance and KPIs

- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant workshop management background
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of accident repair processes and estimating systems
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Confidence in dealing with insurers, customers and senior management
- Industry recognised qualifications such as ATA or IMI (desirable)
- A valid driving licence
