We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable employer in Cambridge for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors to join a well-established dealership offering a supportive working environment and clear career progression pathways. Duties include:

  • Greeting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Advising on vehicle repairs and service options
  • Managing workshop scheduling and customer expectations
  • Up-selling services and parts
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused approach with professional demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
