- Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, every other Saturday morning (negotiable)
- Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + performance bonus (potential to earn OTE of £45,000)
Key Responsibilities for Service Manager:
- Lead and support a small workshop team including technicians, apprentice and service advisors
- Remain hands-on within the workshop rather than purely office-based
- Oversee daily workshop performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate workflow, quality control and communication across departments
- Maintain high technical and service standards across all completed work
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Controller or similar leadership role
- Ability to lead from the front with a hands-on management style
- Excellent customer service and team communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
