- Supervise and support the Bodyshop Workshop Controller to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage vehicle repairs from receipt through to completion, maintaining high standards throughout
- Conduct daily briefings with staff to set targets and address challenges
- Ensure the correct use of equipment, tools, and PPE for staff safety and efficiency
- Liaise with the Regional Manager on vehicle status updates and repair progress
- Manage parts orders, ensuring timely procurement for upcoming jobs
- Monitor stock levels for wet and dry items to optimise workshop efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive job packs with 10-stage repair images for each vehicle
- Uphold quality control standards across all repair stages
- Foster a team environment focused on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and excellence
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or Bodyshop Workshop Controller
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with team members and management
- Competent in repair processes and IT systems used within bodyshops
