  • Pay: £35 - £55k Basic Depending on experience 
  • Hours: 8AM - 6PM Monday - Friday + optional Saturdays (paid as overtime)

Our client is looking for a skilled professional to join their team as an Engine Builder / Mechanic. This role offers competitive pay, diverse duties, and a supportive work environment. Duties of the Engine Builder / Mechanic position:
  • Main responsibility for engine rebuilding, accounting for approximately 70% of the workload.
  • Conducting snap belt and timing chain replacements
  • Performing general servicing and brake work as part of your daily tasks
  • Supporting other mechanical duties as required
  • Assisting in business expansion and adapting to company needs
Requirements for the Engine Builder / Mechanic role:
  • Proven expertise in engine rebuilding and mechanical repairs
  • Full engine rebuild skills essential
  • Formal qualifications are not mandatory but relevant experience is required
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work Saturday on occasion, with generally six-day availability preferred
