Customer Service Advisor - Central Bristol
  • Salary: £24,000 basic salary with £4,200 uncapped annual bonus potential, paid monthly.
  • Hours: 37.25-hour week across Monday to Sunday with a monthly pre-scheduled rota between 8:00am-9:00pm (remote working available between 6:00pm-9:00pm and 1-in-2 weekends required).

Our client, a large multi-branded automotive dealer group established across South Wales and the South West of England, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their head office situated near central Bristol (site relocating to north Bristol in 2027). 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working as part of a team of six, as a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them take the next step in their journey with our client to purchasing a new vehicle.
 
Other Responsibilities of this Service Advisor role include:
  • Engaging with customers via online chat or over the phone to understand their needs and guide them toward booking an appointment.
  • Capturing key information and updating our client's vehicle sales system to ensure they're delivering a personalised experience.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Working hand-in-hand with the vehicle sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.
In order to be eligible, you will need to be able to demonstrate good customer service capabilities with a friendly and approachable manner, given that you shall often be the first point of contact for any customer interacting with our client's business. You will need to be IT literate, be a team player, capable of working towards targets/KPI's, have an attention to detail and be self-driven and reliable. Motor trade experience is non-essential for our client, but it would definitely help if you have an interest in anything automotive-oriented! Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, is also required.

ALSO, our client's head office will be moving to a brand-new purpose-built site in north Bristol/near Cribbs Causeway, in 2027, so you will need to be able to commute to both north and central Bristol in the interim.
