Vehicle Technician Required in Milton Keynes for a Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary: circa £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £42,000)
  • First 3 Months’ Bonus Guaranteed
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
  • 1 Saturday Morning per Month
Our client, a highly respected and established prestige main dealer in Milton Keynes, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their modern, high-performing workshop team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking dealer group offering strong job security, excellent earning potential, and genuine career progression. You'll be working in a clean, well-equipped workshop fitted with the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing warranty and recall work where required
  • Conducting vehicle health checks and reporting findings
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards

What you’ll bring to the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a main dealer or independent workshop
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • A passion for staying up to date with the latest automotive technology
