Service Advisor Role - Chorley Dealership
  • Location: Chorley
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays
  • Salary: Potential to earn up to £32,000 OTE
Our client, a well-established multi-franchise dealership in Chorley, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic aftersales department, acting as the crucial link between customers and the workshop. The successful Service Advisor will be customer-focused and have a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities for the Service Advisor:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Ensure that customers are updated on the progress of their vehicles
  • Process payments and handle follow-up actions
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and cleanliness in the service department
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
What We’re Looking For the Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience in the motor industry or as a Service Advisor
  • No specific qualifications required
  • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
  • A passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high levels of organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
