Panel Beater – Nottingham
  • Basic: £43,700 (£21 per hour)  
  • OTE: £60,000
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday : 8:00am–4:30pm (Flexible start available)
We’re looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy, high-performing Bodyshop. This is a Monday to Friday role with excellent earning potential, bonus opportunities, and flexibility around working hours. Ideal for a skilled technician confident in both panel work and full strip & refit.

What’s in it for you:

  • OTE £60,000

  • Flexible start times (some technicians work 5:00am–2:30pm)
  • Stable, full-time Monday–Friday role
What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs
  • Completing full strip and refit work
  • Working efficiently to maximise hours sold
  • Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
What we’re looking for:
  • NVQ, IMI accreditation or City & Guilds (preferred)
  • Strong panel beating and strip & fit experience
  • Ability to work to targets and high standards
  • Reliable, self-motivated team player
