Master Technician Needed in Trafford Park
- Location: Trafford Park
- Working Hours: Flexible 4-day working week available (40 or 42.5 hours per week)
- Salary: Basic up to £44,600 (dependent on skills and experience) + OTE up to £48,800 (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities for a Master Technician:
- Carry out complex diagnostics, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
- Support and mentor junior technicians within the workshop
- Complete job cards, paperwork and digital systems accurately
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For in a Master Technician:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician within the motor trade
- Manufacturer training, EV training, MOT or F-Gas certification (desirable)
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
