Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable automotive dealership? Our client in Basildon, Essex, is looking to appoint a dedicated Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of their team. This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established business offering excellent earning potential and career progression.

  • Competitive basic salary of £26,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £35,000 including bonuses and commission
  • Structured working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
  • Saturday rota from 8am to 1pm, allowing flexibility

Duties:
  • Greet customers and liaise effectively to understand their service needs
  • Manage service bookings and monitor progress throughout the day
  • Upsell additional services and maintenance packages
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of work and billing details
  • Support the workshop team to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar motor trade role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of vehicle service processes and parts
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
