  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Welcome customers into the service department with professionalism and courtesy
  • Gather and prepare job cards efficiently
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle service progress and explain any findings clearly
  • Upsell services, warranties, and additional work where appropriate
  • Invoicing and processing customer payments accurately
  • Handle customer queries via phone and online communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements of this Service Advisor role:
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a main dealership environment.
  • Proficient in Kerridge and familiar with a busy service department workflow
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
  • A passion for the automotive industry and delivering excellent customer experiences
