  • Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Bonus 
  • OTE: £35,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Saturdays on a rota

Our client, a reputable Main Dealer in Leicester, is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service and repair needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
  • Liaise with the workshop to provide accurate and timely updates to customers.
  • Prepare and process service documentation, including estimates and invoices.
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
