- Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Bonus
- OTE: £35,000+
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturdays on a rota

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service and repair needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
- Liaise with the workshop to provide accurate and timely updates to customers.
- Prepare and process service documentation, including estimates and invoices.
- Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

- Full UK driving licence.
