- Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 (split between showroom & admin)

- Actively prospect and generate your own leads within the fleet sector, focused on vehicle fleet deals of 20 units or more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective fleet clients, especially in the LCV sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation activities
- Deliver presentations and negotiate contracts tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the funding team to offer competitive contract hire packages
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline prospects
- Attend client meetings both in the showroom and off-site as required
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the automotive fleet industry.
- Established contacts in the fleet sector, particularly with major fleet operators and LCV clients.
- Demonstrable success in self-generating leads and closing substantial fleet deals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Energetic and proactive approach with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Honest, reliable, and capable of maintaining high professional standards.
- Previous experience in commercial sales management or executive roles is highly desirable
