What is needed as an Aftersales Manager:
- Have experience of working as Aftersales Manager or Service Manager in a Dealership.
- Experienced and able to help your team with guidance, training and appraisals to get them to the levels they are able to achieve.
- Can help your team to reach the KPI’s and targets that have been set for departments.
- Able to identify areas of where improvement in budgets and performance is needed and can be achieved.
- Can use Microsoft office packages to produce reports when needed.
- Able to focus and manage the customer service and satisfaction.
- Basic Salary up to c. £45,000
- Achievable earnings of £55,000+
