Van Technician - Franchise Van Centre in Manchester
  • Basic Salary: Dependent on experience
  • OTE- £60,000 Uncapped bonus structure. 
  • £2500 Joining bonus for technicians. 
  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis)
Our client is a very well renowned Van Centre in Manchester. Our client a main dealer franchise is looking to add an experienced technician to their ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will be a level 3 qualified technician with 3 years + of main dealer experience. You will have experience of using diagnostic equipment and have a full UK driving license. 

The Successful Van Technician will have:
  • Knowledge and experience of using modern diagnostic equipment. 
  • An NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent. 
  • Previous Main Dealer experience for 3 years+
  • A full/clean UK driving license. 
  • Approved MOT Tester would be desirable.

Responsibilities of a Van Technician: 
  • Performing diagnostic tests and identifying faults in vehicles
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including servicing, brakes, suspension, and engine work
  • Completing work to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Using diagnostic equipment and computer systems to diagnose vehicle problems
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationship
