Car Parts Advisor required for Car Dealership in Wimbledon 
  • Pay: £30k Basic with £36,750 
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week+ Saturdays on a rota

Duties of the Parts Advisor role:
  • Receive, unload, and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries
  • Store and organise parts efficiently, maintaining clear inventory records using internal systems
  • Respond promptly to workshop and customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Pick and distribute parts for technicians, collaborating closely with service advisors and sales teams
  • Maintain a high standard of health and safety in the workplace and follow established procedures
  • Support the seamless operation of the workshop by ensuring parts are available and correctly allocated
Candidate specifications for the Parts Advisor role:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership or bodyshop environment
  • Confident in working independently and as part of a team, following company processes
  • Organised, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using technology such as iPads or inventory management software
  • Knowledge of parts processes, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • A positive attitude and professional approach at all times
