  • Monday - Friday 8:00am til 17:30pm - no weekends 
Are you a skilled and customer-focused Vehicle Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity in Forest Hill, London? Our client, a reputable independent garage, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

Duties of the Vehicle Service Advisor role:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers at the front counter
  • Greeting customers and scheduling vehicle services
  • Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians to ensure quality service
  • Quoting and estimating repair costs and service times
  • Handling customer enquiries and managing complaints
  • Tracking vehicles through the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
  • Assisting with booking appointments, answering phone calls, and pricing jobs
  • Moving cars around during busy periods to optimise workshop efficiency
Candidate specifications for the Vehicle Service Advisor:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within a busy automotive environment
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems, preferably GS or GSF (experience with GS One Stop or GSF One is advantageous)
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
