- Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- No weekends
This isn’t your typical dealership Service Manager role focused purely on KPIs and corporate processes. Instead, this is a customer-focused, hands-on position where you’ll be trusted to run the front desk and workshop.
You’ll oversee a busy workshop featuring 7 ramps and an MOT station, managing a close-knit team of 2 experienced Technicians and an Administrator who supports both service and sales.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Running the front desk and being the main point of contact for customers
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business
- Overseeing workshop productivity without micromanaging
- Job allocation and workflow management
- Invoicing, admin and system management
- Supporting the workshop when needed – this is a hands-on environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior service / workshop role
- A strong people person with natural charisma
- Hands-on background (mechanical experience desirable)
- Confident with systems, admin and invoicing
- Reliable, organised and capable of running the department independently
