Vehicle Technician (Evening shifts) required for Car Dealership in Crawley
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 5pm - 12am (work 7 hours, get paid for 8.5 hours) 
  • Pay: £36,000 - £40,000 Basic + Bonus
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable car dealership in Crawley on the evening shift. Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to support their servicing and repair operations during the night shift hours. This role offers a competitive salary with performance-related bonuses and excellent working conditions.

Benefits of this Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Competitive basic salary between £36,000 and £40,000 per annum
  • Potential earnings of up to £46,000 including bonuses
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Work from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 12am
  • Work an average of 7 hours per shift with paid hours based on 8.5 hours
  • Generous productivity bonus of up to £6,000
  • No weekend work
  • Premium pay for unsociable hours
Duties of the Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults efficiently
  • Carrying out routine servicing and inspections
  • Using diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
  • Ensuring all safety and quality protocols are followed
Candidate requirements for this Vehicle Technician position:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, particularly with diagnostics
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and commitment to quality
