A fantastic opportunity has opened up with a reputable Main Dealership in Northampton, seeking a Parts Advisor to join their friendly and dedicated team.

Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor:
  • Provide efficient and professional assistance to customers, identifying and supplying the right parts for their vehicles.
  • Manage parts stock levels and ensure accurate documentation and inventory control
  • Liaise with the workshop team to support their parts needs, ensuring a smooth and prompt supply process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and product information to advise customers confidently
Requirements for this Parts Advisor role:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a dealership or motor trade environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with parts management systems and a basic understanding of automotive parts and services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both the workshop team and external customers
