Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy team. Duties as a Service Advisor include:
  • Managing customer appointments and effectively progressing service jobs
  • Updating customers on the status of their bikes or cars

  • Collaborating with the workshop to communicate job progress and timelines
  • Maintaining accurate service records and administrative tasks
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • Full UK driving licence
