- Collaborate with Panel Beaters and other team members to deliver seamless vehicle repairs
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician in an automotive environment
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered
- Excellent eye for detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a bodyshop
