Our client, a large automotive motor factor business with sites nationwide, requires a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy South Bristol parts distribution centre.

Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your responsibilities shall include:
  • Meet and exceed vehicle parts and accessories sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to internal and external customers.
  • Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.
  • Proactively identify new customers and build an effective and profitable relationship.
  • Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up-to-date at all times.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with our client's standards.
To be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a similar automotive environment, such as another motor factor business, a franchise-approved dealership or similar. You shall have sound telephone and communication skills, elementary knowledge of IT systems, given that you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, and have evidence of customer management and development in a commercial environment. A UK driving licence is highly advantageous; however is non-essential.
