- Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and paintwork on commercial fleet vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface treatment
- Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats with precision
- Carry out minor bodywork repairs, filler application, and prepping for painting
- Conduct trailer repairs and welding activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Ensure quality control checks are completed on finished work
- Collaborate with team members to meet job deadlines and production targets
- Previous experience as a paint sprayer, panel beater, or body builder within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
- Good understanding of vehicle repair processes including welding and filler work
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in an automotive repair environment
- Comfortable working on a range of vehicles including HGVs, vans, and cars
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Experience in trailer repairs and welding is highly beneficial
