Are you an experienced Parts/Warranty Advisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Parts/Warranty Advisor to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility in Brent Cross, North West London. This is an excellent chance to work within a growing dealership specialising in specialist vehicles and American brands, including being part of the first UK General Motors franchise.

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 per year
  • OTE of £30,800 guaranteed for the first six months
  • Working Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
  • Opportunity to work at a newly established site in a large 17,000 square foot facility
  • Chance to work on specialist vehicles and American models within a progressive environment
As a Parts/Warranty Advisor, your key duties will include:
  • Managing parts sales and customer orders efficiently
  • Handling warranty claims accurately and promptly
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts and warranty related transactions
  • Supporting the dealership in achieving service and sales targets
  • Assisting the team to ensure smooth workshop operations
Requirements for the Parts/Warranty Advisor role will have:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or Warranty Administrator within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of parts catalogues and warranty procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Passion for working with specialist and American vehicles is advantageous
