Vehicle Technician Vacancy for a Main Dealership
  • Location: Leamington Spa
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 basic | OTE £46,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Saturdays: 1-in-3 on a rota
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a premium main dealership in the Leamington Spa area.

Our client is a leading dealer group known for providing excellent working conditions, strong earning potential, and outstanding manufacturer training opportunities. This position offers the chance to work within a professional workshop environment on some of the industry's most prestigious vehicles.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
  • Diagnose faults and perform effective vehicle repairs
  • Complete work to high manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Conduct vehicle health checks and report additional work where required
  • Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and courtesy vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to share knowledge and improve performance
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
Requirements as a Vehicle Technician:
  • IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a busy dealership environment
  • Motivated team player with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
