  • Pay: £34 - £35k Basic + bonuses
  • Hours: 45 hours per week + 1-in-3 Sunday mornings on a rota

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Parts Advisor to join our client's reputable team in Croydon, Surrey. Duties of the Commercial Parts Advisor include:
  • Supplying parts to customers and workshops efficiently
  • Unpacking stock orders and maintaining a tidy warehouse
  • Assisting with parts delivery and collection as required
  • Providing professional and friendly customer service face-to-face and over the phone
  • Promoting the company's latest offers and promotions
  • Supporting other duties as needed to ensure smooth workshop and parts department operation
Requirements for the Commercial Parts Advisor role:
  • Previous experience in a similar position, within the motor trade or parts department.
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicles and parts preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good geographical knowledge of the Croydon area
  • Valid driving licence is essential
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible and willing to work 45 hours per week plus 1-in-3 Saturdays on a rota basis
